Sunday Roast – (Not just for Sundays)

Why not take the hassle out of cooking and cleaning on a Sunday (or any day for that matter) and let me cook for you and your family and friends. I am now offering a 3 course Sunday Roast. Initially this is just being offered as a Supper Club at my home, but if it’s popular, it will be extended to be offered as a Private Dining option at your home or chosen venue.

 

Supper Club - £40pp, minimum of 4 people Monday – Thursday. Or £45pp, minimum of 6 people Friday - Sunday. Max 10 people, or 12 if you don’t mind being a bit cosy. Please read my Supper Club page for more information: www.nickpearcecooking.com/supperclubs 

Private Dining (at your home / venue) - £47.50pp, minimum of 4 people Monday – Thursday. Or £55pp, minimum of 6 people Friday - Sunday. Additional fees may apply for mileage and/or parties of 8 or more. Please read my Private Dining page for more information: www.nickpearcecooking.com

(All guests must choose the same dish for each course.)

 

Starters

Chicken liver parfait / Onion marmalade / Homemade bread

Or,

Smoked mackerel pâté / Pickles / Homemade bread

Or,

Tomato & mozzarella bruschetta / Basil pesto / Balsamic pearls

 

Roast Dinner

(Your choice of plated, or served ‘family style’, if you want a more casual feel)

A choice of either:

Garlic & herb roasted Chicken

Or,

Medium-rare roast Beef sirloin

Served with all the trimmings, plus your choice of either: Roast Potatoes, or Potato Dauphinoise

 

THREE

White chocolate & summer berry cheesecake / Shortbread crumb / Berries / Strawberry & vanilla syrup

Or,

 Hazelnut panna cotta / Chocolate sauce / Salted caramel / Hazelnut praline

 

*Optional (£8.50pp supplement):

Cheese board for the table.

Selection of cheeses, crackers, fresh and dried fruits, nuts and chutneys.

 

*Note – This is a set menu. Menu may be subject to small changes. As such, any allergens or dietary requests must be discussed and agreed when booking, as I may not be able to cater for them unfortunately.
