‘This or That’ – Tasting Menu

Two new menus, endless combinations for you.

 

Supper Club - £70pp, minimum of 4 people Monday – Thursday, minimum of 6 Friday - Sunday. Max 10 people, or 12 if you don’t mind being a bit cosy.

Or,

Private Dining - £85pp in your own home or venue. Same minimum numbers as above, but no maximum (depending on space/facilities). – Additional fees may apply for mileage and/or parties of 8 or more. Please read my Private Dining page for more information: www.nickpearcecooking.com

 

All guests must choose the same dish for each course.

Some dishes can be altered to be vegetarian friendly (VA) or vegan friendly (VeA). Please inform me of any allergies or dietary requirements before booking, as although I will try my best, I may not be able to accommodate them.

I have two new interchangeable tasting menus to choose from: ‘This’ - featuring meat and fish, or ‘That’ which comprises of vegetarian dishes. 

The bonus with this is that you can choose, ‘This or That’. If you prefer the sound of one of the dishes in the other menu, you can swap it over. As long as everyone in your party has the same choice for each course, you can mix and match to suit your tastes.

 

ONE

This - Chef’s choice - A surprise! (Please state when booking if it needs to be vegetarian friendly)

 

TWO

This – Smoked salmon terrine / Pickled cucumber / Dill / Crostini

Or,

That - Tomato, basil & mozzarella arancini / Tomato herb sauce / Fresh basil pesto / Balsamic pearls / Parmesan (V, VeA)

 

THREE

This - Ham / Egg / Chips / Peas - but not as you know it (VA)

Or,

 That – Vegetable pakora / Cucumber pickle / Mango & lime chutney (Ve)

 

FOUR

This - Slow braised beef short rib / Dauphinoise / Spiced carrot / Savoy / Parsnip crisps / Beef jus

Or,

 That - Squash, sage, stilton & spinach risotto / Wild mushrooms / Toasted walnuts / Crispy sage (V, VeA)

 

FIVE

This - Sage panna cotta / Honey / Toasted walnuts

Or,

That - Sorbet - Lemon or Mango (choose one) (Ve)

 

 SIX

This – Hazelnut panna cotta / Chocolate sauce / Hazelnut praline

Or,

 That - Sticky toffee pudding / Toffee sauce / Rum-soaked raisins / Vanilla ice cream (V)

 

 *Optional (£8.50pp supplement – Based on 8 people):

 Cheese board for the table.

Selection of cheeses, crackers, fresh and dried fruits, nuts and chutneys.
